Couples Group Intensive | Enhancement Edition
When we find ourselves in a slump, it isn’t often due to lack of love, it’s a lack of knowing how to break habitual thoughts, feelings and behaviors that hold us hostage in our stagnant realities. We need to push the refresh button in our relationship at times and learn more about ourselves and each other to evolve and to experience a more fulfilling level of intimacy. This starts with making yourself and each other a priority.
This 4 hour intensive is designed for 10 couples who desire more intimacy and closeness. Couples are eager to break down barriers and create a new, more connected relationship. Couples will be guided through brief psychoeducation, breakout exercises between partners, as well as exercises to support deepening of intimacy and growth. Optional self-disclosure as a group is highly recommended. Learn to create understanding and intention as you both navigate a deeper level of intimacy and connection. Build compassion, self awareness and an ability to communicate needs and wants. Learn to enhance all layers of intimacy, romance, and strengthen your sense of sexuality and pleasure.
